We are seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our growing team! This role is critical to our success on excavation and civil construction projects across Central Oregon and beyond. If you take pride in your work, enjoy working outdoors, and have experience with excavators, loaders, and other earthmoving equipment—we want to hear from you!
- Operate heavy equipment including excavators, loaders, backhoes, and dozers
- Perform site prep, trenching, grading, and excavation in various terrains
- Inspect equipment daily and ensure proper maintenance and safe operation
- Read and interpret blueprints and grade stakes as needed
- Collaborate with site supervisors and crew to complete projects efficiently
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards
- 2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment in civil construction
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and attention to detail
- Team player mindset with a proactive work ethic
